1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Mr. Floor Online Store (MFO Store). The use of the MFO Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the MFO Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Mr. Floor reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. Mr. Floor accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. 3. SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Mr. Floor cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to Mr. Floor within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning. If you have would like to exchange an item for any reason, please email Debbie Schweikle at debbie@mrfloor.com stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item. If you would like a refund, please email Debbie Schweikle at debbie@mrfloor.com stating your order number and brief explanation of refund preferences. A refund will be made when the goods are received by Mr. Floor in the original condition. If you believe that your goods are faulty, please email Debbie Schweikle at debbie@mrfloor.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item.
5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
While Mr. Floor has tried to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the MFO Store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your personal information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this MFO Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
8. REGISTRATION
Where you register for the MFO Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.
